Top of the line vacuum - Don’t hesitate purchasing one!!

Pros: Incredible suction, ease of use, extended cord, comes with various attachments, wonderful for tile & wood floors (we have them throughout our home), great for pet hair clean-up and quiet when using.
Weaknesses: A bit pricey - you’ll forget about it after you use it 1 time, use of bags (would be nice not to use a bag)
I was very hesitant purchasing the S5280 Pisces but after I read all the reviews on the Miele I realized these vacuums were loved by 90% of the people who purchased them. We decided to go for it and take the $650 plunge - Overall I’m very pleased we did! This vacuum does it all, we have a lot of tile throughout our home and this vacuum sucks it clean everytime. We have 3 cats and there are always clumps of hair all over the place, not anymore with this vacuum it sucks them right up…. if you are thinking about purchasing one, don’t hesitate - it’s worth every penny!

Great, but expensive vacuum

Just replaced an old upright 26 lb Eureka with this incredible machine. If you have mostly hard floors, this is definitely the way to go. Highly recommended.

The one thing you don’t read much about on their site or in reviews is the hose…it is near indestructible (this is what broke on my Eureka). I have seen the hose on this machine twisted around itself SEVERAL times, stepped on, crushed, bent 45 degrees, and it pops back with NO visible wear or tear or strain. They should really market that feature!

Anyway, you do get what you pay for in this case, high dollar vac = quality part and excellent results.
