IT SHOOTS DIRTY WATER OUT THE BACK OF THE MACHINE AND MAKES SPOTS AND SOMETIMES PUDDLES DIRTY WATER ON YOUR CARPET. I had to go back over it to get that out. It was just awful.

I have always used Bissel Carpet Cleaners but this model does not even compare to their Bissel Proheat Clearview models. It was so bad and hard to deal with. I had to empty and refill the water tank way to often. I also boxed mine back up and took it back to the store where I bought it. My carpets have been drying since 11 am this morning and it is 5pm now and they are still not dry. I never had to wait that long before. The floor was so sopping wet I couldn’t believe it. Never had that problem before. Oh and the little red stopper also kept popping up and would stop the cleaner from working. I would have to turn off the cleaner and let the little red thing fall back down. It was nothing but a pain. This cleaner is a horrible design. Don’t waste your money on this one!! Either buy the older designs or wait till they come out with a better one. I know Bissel can do better this.
