I have had my steam cleaner for a year now and I love it!!! My carpets never looked better. It got out the dust judging by the way the water looked in the bucket. There is very little assembly. The instructions are easy to follow and putting the bucket in and out is easy. You just add hot water to the bucket and turn the heating unit on to keep the water hot. It works too, my water stayed hot. It picked up the water well too. My carpets were not soaking wet like some professionals cleaners have done before. There are also attachments to use on furniture (has a brush roller attachment and one to extract the water) and there is plenty of hose to take care of stairs. I have not used the attachments yet, but after I move I will use them and update to let everyone know how well they work. The wheels are not too large to me, but I haven’t looked at others to know what is standard. You lean it back to roll it anywhere and it is very easy to maneuver. There is a 1 yr. warranty, but I haven’t needed it. I don’t have any animals in the house, but I do have 2 small children. My 3 1/2 year old has had accidents on the carpet and this cleaner and the spray cleaners that come with it have never failed to get any stains out. I must confess, I overlooked a small toy one time. It was half-way under the toy box and the brush picked it up when I got near it. This machine is powerful. It broke the belt because of the type of hard, tiny toy it was. There was an extra belt included and I put it on myself. It has worked fine since, and I always make sure all toys are picked up. The cleaners smell good too. It may be a little heavy to push while cleaning, but I don’t mind since I know that my carpets are clean. It’s not that bad. I get a good work-out! Thanks, Bissell, for making such a great product! The cleaner is bumpy on berber carpets, so you need to find something else if that is what you have. I hope this helps.
