The detachable canister and the turbo brush lured us to buy this product. It was a mistake. I purchased it less than 3 months ago, and I am unable to return this product. Here is the problem, the filter clogs quickly and I continually have to remove the filters, clean them and replace them. The hose also clogs due to a kink which is designed in the product. Trying to vacuum up the pine needles from the Christmas tree took me over an hour since I kept having to take the canister off and remove clogs from the hose. I never had to do this with our old vacuum. I really regret this purchase.

I have had this vacuum for over three months now and I love it. It has never gotten clogged for me, the suction is great, and the turbo tool is the best. The turbo tool actually has a rotating brush, so it works better than any other wand I’ve ever used. It kicks butt for stairs and for furniture. I strongly recommend this product. It works great and is reasonably priced.
