First thing to note: there are three different, almost identical models of this vacuum. The Bissell 35455 PowerGlide Ultra, Bissell 3545 PowerGlide, and Bissell 35451 PowerGlide Plus. It is very confusing because I almost bought one of the cheaper models.

The primary Advantage of the Ultra Powerglide model is the multiple motor and exhaust filters which capture most of the dust blown out of the machine. This is a Godsend feature because a great deal of the dust in a home is the result of the vacuum cleaner blowing it back into the air.
