I have used many steam cleaners over the years and have found this one to be the absolute best. It lifts the nap of a rug and lifts dirt from deep in the carpet fibers. Having several cats I find it difficult to keep the fur off of my rugs, not a problem for this cleaner. It actually lifted cat hair that wasn’t visible to me. An added plus to this machine is the fact that it doesn’t soak the rugs. My rugs were dry and ready for normal use within two hours. It also cleans the edge of the rug well and has no problem going from low nap to plush rugs in one easy move. This machine is so easy to use I find myself cleaning my rugs more often, a job I used to dread. Hats off to Bissell for this machine!
